Slewing bearing rotates in a very low speed, usually below 10 revolutions per minute.In addition, in most cases, the slewing bearing does not make continuous rotation, but only rotates back and forth within a certain angle.Equivalent to the so-called "swing bearing".

There are great differences between slewing bearing and rolling bearing in manufacturing technology, material and heat treatment.

Usually, we can find the toothed ring in slewing bearing which is for rotary drive and dustproof seal.

The size of the slewing bearing is very large, so the installation is different the ordinary bearing.  The ordinary bearings are mounted on the center shaft in the bearing box, but the slewing bearings are fastened on the upper and lower supports with screws.
