1.Axial and radial dissociation gaps of inner and outer rings.

The clearance of the slewing bearing needs to be controlled normally between 0.05 to 0.15mm.

LEONESSA Yancheng is equipped with a steel ball accurate to 0.001mm, which can be used to adjust the small gap between the inner and outer rings. We use dial gauge, torque pry bar and other tools to carry out clearance inspection in accordance with European standard, national standard and customer specified methods.

2.Control of key dimensions

The key installation dimensions of all customers are fully checked in the assembly process to ensure the total height, common tooth normal/span bar distance, installation dimensions matched with the base, special holes, etc., to ensure the smooth assembly of customers.

3. Control of tooth runout. 

In order to ensure that the bearing can perfectly engage with the pinion, we simulate the engagement process, fully check the maximum runout point of the gear, and mark the blue paint to facilitate customer identification and installation.

4. For the starting torque of bearings, we use torque tension measuring machine and tension meter to carry out rotation detection to ensure smooth rotation.

Slewing bearings on the market seem similar in appearance, but the actual difference is huge.
