The past week, LEONESSA Yancheng team has participated the 10th Metallographic Skills Competition of Yancheng Institute of Technology.

This was not the first time that Leonessa Yancheng worked together with local institutes to facilitate the telents and promote the communication between universities and enterprises. Leonessa is very proud to be invited to host this competition.

During this event, the quality manager Ms. Xu was also invited to the institite for giving a speech on how Leonessa is controling the quality. So that the students may have a further understanding on the real world how quality is and especially how a leading slewing bearing manufacturer is working on the daily job to improve the quality.

This event has been a success and Leonessa will continue to invest on activities which cultivate talents together with the local institutes and government.
